I have always had a pleasant experience. the staff is knowledgable and polite and always seem to fit me in.

Problem that we have had with our Jeep for almost two years stopped it from passing inspection this year. We have taken it to dealers and other shops and no one has been able to locate the problem - just kept suggesting a new gas cap. Scata's chased it down anddidn't stop with the obvious and found two cracked hoses in the evaporator system. Great Job. Professional. Polite. Refreshing.
