Dan Bryll was excellent throughout the whole process of buying my tires to getting them put on my car! He was professional and very knowledgeable, he knew his products and I never felt like he was trying take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He also was very accommodating to me and let me car off a couple days early because it worked better with my baby and I's schedule. I will definitely be going back to Scatas because of him! Quality work, car runs like new now. I have only one complaint--I was charged full price for diagnostic even though Joe's shop did the repair. I do not think that was fair since many other shops do not charge when repair is done. It is a minor issue to me and I will come back!
