I was in visiting the area when my car broke down. Being 150 miles from home made this a desperate situation. Although the guys at Scatas were almost done for the day, they took mercy on me and repaired the car quickly and made sure I was safely back on the road. HUGE thank you to the team at Scata for their service and speed.

Every time I call in for a appointment. U are so flexible. I usually get an appointment the next day.

I appreciated that they did not try to sell me anything that I didn't really need. I will be going back to them whenever I need service in the future. Dan Bryll was excellent throughout the whole process of buying my tires to getting them put on my car! He was professional and very knowledgeable, he knew his products and I never felt like he was trying take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He also was very accommodating to me and let me car off a couple days early because it worked better with my baby and I's schedule. I will definitely be going back to Scatas because of him! Quality work, car runs like new now. I have only one complaint--I was charged full price for diagnostic even though Joe's shop did the repair. I do not think that was fair since many other shops do not charge when repair is done. It is a minor issue to me and I will come back!
