I’ve been going to Scata’s for at least 20 years. Always courteous and professional service, I’ve never felt I was being ripped off, or being conned, like I usually felt when I would go to various auto dealership service departments in CT and MA prior to my “discovering” Scata’s. Joe, his CSRs, and his technicians are top notch, and the facility is well maintained and easily accessed.

My husband and I have been using Scata’s for oil changes for about 3 years now. I have never had an issue with them. They have never tried to sell me other services. I have had air filter changes recommended but only after they have shown me the dirty gross one so I would understand the need for a new one. Every person I have spoken to is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them for their trusted service!

I have 6 years previous experience working in a service department for a major car company. I have 8 years experience working for a tire wholesaler. I'm no longer in the car business but took both my vehicles here for flats they not once have tried to pressure or upsell me. Instead they gave me an awesome quote and great service by squeezing me in. Also the first flat they actually repaired rather than selling me on a tire because it was a patchable tread puncture. Highly recommended. I love these guys and gal. Can't say that about too many repair shops I have been to. A++
